In these terms and conditions:
‘The company’ is ECiggy UK Ltd, ‘The customer’ is any person who purchases goods from ECiggy UK’s online service, ‘Goods’ are any items purchased by ‘the customer’ from ‘the company’.

ECiggy UK ltd is a provider of electronic cigarettes, e-liquid and accessories.

The customer’s use of this site is their confirmation of acceptance of the company’s terms, conditions and cookies as stated in the cookie information .
Nothing in the company’s terms and conditions affects the customer’s statutory rights.

The company offers its goods for sale only to customers who are aged 18 years and over. When the customer accesses this site or places an order, they are declaring themselves to be aged 18 years or over. The company asserts its right to cancel any order, without loss to itself, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any order has been made by, or on behalf of, any person under 18 years of age.

ECiggy UK is based in the UK and trades mainly in that country.

The activities of the company are therefore governed by UK law and any legal matters arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.

All communication entered into by the company will be exclusively in the English language.

The company accepts fully its responsibilities under the Distance Selling Regulations and the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002.

Ordering and Payment

The pictures and descriptions of electronic cigarettes and associated items displayed on this website are a genuine attempt by the company to represent the goods it supplies. However, the company can not be held liable for minor differences or any matters outside its own direct control.

The prices of all goods offered for sale on this website are clearly displayed in GBP £.

Before the customer proceeds to payment, during the checkout process, delivery costs are similarly clearly displayed, as is the total cost to the customer.

The company will acknowledge all orders by e-mail, sent to the address supplied by the customer at the time of ordering.

The company does not record details of the customer’s order for the customer to later access directly on this website; therefore, the customer should print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement, for their own records.

When customers make orders via the company’s website, it is the customer’s responsibility to correct any inputting errors they have made during the ordering process. The opportunity for the customer to make any such correction is during ‘check out’ and before proceeding to payment.

Payment for goods on this website is exclusively made by means of the Paypal e-commerce payment system.

When the customer authorizes a Paypal transaction they are confirming their acceptance of a contract for the company to supply them with the goods ordered.

The customer has the right to cancel any order at any time until 7 days after

they receive the goods. In such cases the customer must return the goods to the company and the customer must pay the cost of return postage. The company will refund the customer the initial cost of purchase of the goods, including the initial postage, upon receipt of the goods being returned. In such circumstances, the customer must not use the goods, given the nature of the goods supplied.

In the case of faulty goods, the customer’s legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are additional to the customer’s other legal rights. In such cases, the customer retains the same legal rights, under the Sale of Goods Act, as if the goods were purchased in one of the company’s stores.

In cases where the company is not able to provide the customer with the exact goods ordered, the company will endeavour to provide a replacement of a value at least the same as that originally ordered. However, in such cases, the customer retains the right to refuse to accept the replacement and can return the goods. In such cases the company will accept its responsibility to pay the cost of return postage and will refund the original cost of purchase and postage incurred by the customer.

If the customer receives faulty goods or replacement goods that they did not originally order, the company will pay return postage costs and either provide a replacement or a refund.

Due to the nature of the goods supplied by the company, the company is not able to offer the customer a guarantee or warranty. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the goods upon receipt. Their continued retention of the goods is an acceptance that the goods are not faulty and are those ordered.

Data Protection and Privacy Policy

The company agrees not to pass on the personal details of any customer without the prior permission of the customer, except in such circumstances where the company is compelled by order of a court.

The company retains the information provided by the customer at the time of ordering, in order to fulfil that order. The only people to have access to that information are those members of staff authorized to process the order.

Once the dispatch of the order is complete, the information is stored by the company. However, it is only accessed for accounting purposes and in the event of the customer themselves querying the order.

The customer information is stored on computer and accessed only by means of a password protected system. The information is periodically deleted by the company, once they are satisfied that no issue will arise out of the order or supply of the goods.

The customer’s payment information is managed by Paypal and the company has no access to it.

The company does use cookies on its website for analytics’s and to improve user experience.


The company does not accept liability for any loss or damage that the customer suffers as a result of using the website.

The company does not however exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. The above exclusion applies only to the extent permitted by law. None of the customer’s statutory rights as a consumer are affected.
